Jacob Elordi brought Kendall Jenner home to Australia to celebrate her 29th birthday this weekend with family and friends, something he has reportedly never done with ex-girlfriends. For someone who is often described as secretive and fiercely protective of his family, bringing a new partner into his home environment is widely read as a clear next-level move.
The couple arrived this week and have been staying at the secluded Elordi forest in Byron Bay. He bought the 5.7-acre eco-conscious property in 2020 for an estimated AUD$2 million. It includes a main house with 4 bedrooms and a separate cottage with 3 bedrooms, wraparound verandas overlooking dense forest, solar panels, and rainwater tanks. It’s not a celebrity vacation rental, it’s a retreat he’s had for years.
On Wednesday they were photographed just before 7am (it’s still winter there, in the morning it drops to about 13°C), walking his long-term golden carriage Layla and combined with blue and yellow jackets against the cold. Layla accompanies him, appears in his photographs, and is revered for his portrayal of a Frankenstein creature: “I see the whole world through my dog’s eyes.” They stopped for breakfast at The Byron Bay General Store, the same place where Zac Efron met ex Vanessa Valladares.
With ex Olivia Jade, Elordi hid himself in public, covering his face with masks and bandages, and it was learned at the time that he was ashamed to be seen with her after the scandal of admission to college that was tied to his parents (Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli). Kendall is the opposite: out in the field, walking the dog in town during the day, looking proud.

A source told Page Six that the two are at the stage where they want to do everything together, and Kendall is said to be envisioning a future with her.
