Why Faith Means Life Like God’s Blessings Are Already On The Way

Faith means trusting God’s promises and accepting His blessings, as Karin Hadadan explains. It supports this meditation, by Rebecca Simon Finding God Every Day teaches how daily trust and devotion connect you to God’s provision—read more below.
There is a transformation that happens when you stop living in lack and start living in confidence. Many of us have been programmed to approach life by striving, forcing, and proving. We pray, but then we question whether we are worthy. We dream, but we surround those dreams with fear. We ask God to give us, but we hold fast to control.
But what if the very thing that prevents us from the fullness of God’s blessings is our power to doubt?
Faith has always required trusting in what cannot be seen. Yet there is a deeper layer still—a willingness to live a sedentary lifestyle certainty. Not “maybe, if it works out,” not “hopefully, someday,” but a quiet confidence that: It has been taken care of. I don’t have to force what God has written.
When we tap into that energy, life begins to unfold differently. The doors open without pushing. Support comes in unexpected ways. Opportunities seem to “find” us, often in much broader ways than we originally prayed for.
This isn’t about privilege—it’s about alignment. Confidence is not arrogance but devotion: knowing that God is pleased to give more than we can imagine. As Scripture reminds us, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no heart has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him.” To live as if that promise is true is to go through life expecting divine singing.
Even in small moments, God reveals this truth. What seems automatic—the promotion of a seat, a chance encounter, a word of encouragement at the right time—is often God’s way of saying, Do you see? I got it. Stop fighting. Let me spoil it for you.
This posture becomes even more important as we enter the stretch seasons. When faced with uncertainty, it’s tempting to seize control, look for signs, or let fear dictate our choices. But if we can stay grounded in certainty—trusting that God has already provided us with the right resources, people, and opportunities—we find ourselves walking in peace rather than stress.
The world will always try to make us believe that value is to be earned and blessings are to be fought for. But God works in a different way. He asks us to believe before we see, to gather the truth before it is seen, to rest in the certainty that what is intended for us cannot pass us by.

When you walk in faith, you enter into a relationship with God. And in that partnership, He not only provides—He delights beyond your expectations. This is where life becomes less about forcing outcomes and more present, open, and accepting.
Because when you are sure, God can finally say: Good. Now I can start spoiling you.
