Document #EFTA02731361 And Jeffrey Epstein’s Alleged Eugenic Breeding Program
One of the most disturbing documents in the Epstein files is titled EFTA02731361. The document contains graphic descriptions of torture, forced pregnancy, and the removal of newborns. It’s very disturbing.
The document received an entry from The New York Post, OK Magazinevarious Reddit threads, and a podcast. But it hasn’t hit the web like other claims. While we can’t confirm whether it’s true, it fits with extensive reporting about Epstein’s interest in eugenics, and has more basis than Internet rumors, such as allegations that he was a cannibal or used sulfuric acid to dissolve bodies. Why? Because it is a real document with real claims.
The following is a summary of its contents, quoted directly where possible. This is a very graphic and disturbing text. Proceed with caution.
What is EFTA02731361?
EFTA02731361 is a scanned 32-page journal and scrapbook released as part of the DOJ’s Epstein Files Transparency Act in January 2026. All pages are marked “CONFIDENTIAL – FOR THE EYES OF THE LAW ONLY,” indicating that it was originally issued under legal authority, possibly in connection with a civil lawsuit or criminal investigation.
The magazine was first reported by The New York Postidentified the author as a young Epstein accuser who was about 16 or 17 at the time of the events described, around 2002. According to the UK Times, copies of the diary were handed over to prosecutors by the woman’s lawyer during the investigation of Epstein and Maxwell. It has not been confirmed that certain claims in the journal have been independently verified.
The journal includes typed entries, pages handwritten in red ink, clippings from syndicated magazines, an ultrasound photo, and original artwork. The two pages are completely covered with red paint.

Also, before reading, please know that this is a very disturbing document of horrific abuse.
The magazine describes the forced medical procedures, multiple pregnancies, child-rearing, and manipulation by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
The first step begins:
Close your eyes close your eyes close your eyes. Don’t talk, he doesn’t talk. I can’t stop shaking and it’s been a week. The decision has been made but I can’t tell Jeffrey.
He describes a medical procedure performed by an unknown doctor:
The doctor was different too. I think in Israel. He had kind eyes but did not speak to me directly.
The gun and those stick like things had a hook and a lot of pain. Ghislaine told him to take away all the pain.
He describes what he saw during the procedure:
I saw between his fingers this small head and body in the hands of the doctor. It reached his little arm up.
In a later entry, the author’s voice changes to sorrow for the child he says was born alive:
“In the hall, Ghislaine said she was beautiful. “Where are you? Why did he stop whistling? He was born! I heard a little cry! I can’t do this anymore!”
She describes getting pregnant again within months:
He was right. A few months and two pink lines.
And he speaks directly to his captors:
As long as I wear what you want. There is no respect for me as a person… I am nothing but your property and incubator! You can only trust me when I am under your complete control.
A later entry, dated April 22, describes a delivery to a house near Epstein’s Palm Beach estate. The birth was attended by an “old French lady” who was a nanny. The child was in labor and the labor was painful:
He turned me on my hands and knees and pushed me and it hurt a lot. I felt like I was dying but suddenly he held a beautiful baby girl who cried a lot but she cried.
The child was taken from her fifteen minutes later:
I’m dead inside. Life has no purpose. I don’t want to be here.
One page includes an ultrasound image pasted next to the words “He’s gone and never coming back” and “My heart was his.”
On another page, he writes:
I only got 10 to 15 minutes to hold him and feed him before they took him away. You are mine! I want him back!!!
A separate section names Jean Luc Brunel directly, calling him a “disgusting pig.” He describes being given only six weeks to recover before being “reinstated” as “punishment for trying to run.”
Towards the end, he describes being helped by a friend who “knows everything and came to get me out.” A friend “put all my things in garbage bags.” He writes: “Maybe I avoided NM.”
One of the last entries reads:
HELP ME! PLEASE CAN’T ANYONE FIND ME?
What About Epstein’s Possible Eugenics Project?
Page 13 of the journal is where the author links his experience directly to Epstein’s eugenics ideology. He describes being taken to New Mexico and asks why:
Get away from it all. And you went to New Mexico? What the hell? This is absurd. What about school?
He describes Epstein taking complete control of his life:
Now she is in control of EVERYTHING while Ghislaine used to act like she hates me some days.
He then writes about Epstein’s interest in his particular physical features:
Superior gene pool?!? Why me? Why the color of my hair and the color of my eyes?”
He compares his thinking to the Nazi ideology:
That sounds very Nazism but in thinking about these stupid theories he has I think in his mind it makes sense.
He describes Epstein using music and flattery as tools of persuasion:
Piano and music notes are made to make sure this is correct and will create the perfect interest.
And he names what happened to him:
I miss the person I was before I was made into what feels like a human incubator.
This magazine is up to date in 2019 New York Times reporting that Epstein told scientists he wanted to “breed the human race with his DNA” by impregnating women on his New Mexico ranch. The point of this document is that those plans may not have remained a theory.
What else does this text say?
No specific denials have been issued regarding the claims in document EFTA02731361. But Ghislaine Maxwell and other Epstein associates have widely denied all allegations of abuse in court filings and public statements.
The diary remains unverified by authorities, without independent verification of its contents, such as DNA evidence or supporting witness accounts. I hope that as more light comes to light on Epstein’s unspeakable crimes, we will learn more and bring the right people to justice.
