Conscious Growth Club opens tomorrow, April 25, for new members to join.
We have been shaping this upcoming year of CGC differently than previous years. The biggest change is making CGC more responsive, flexible, and focused directly on supporting our members as we navigate the needs and challenges of today and the ongoing future.
Instead of over-building a CGC year in advance, we’ve been designing Year 10 around a small set of solid hard containers that can stay close to what people walk through in real life. That means more flexibility, more personalization, and more relevant and timely support.
I want this coming year of CGC to do a better job of meeting people where they really are.
Year 9 was a huge buffet of collaborative exploration. In Year 10 our main focus is on translating emotional desires into living reality – with special attention given to flow, consistency, coherence, and harmony. Yet we still bake with plenty of wonder and play again.
Most people don’t need more information at this point. They need support. They need to communicate. They need a better place to bring their real problems and challenges. They need help with parts of life that feel unclear, overwhelming, outdated, lonely, or lazy. They need room to breathe, room to speak the truth, and real solutions.
This kind of personal, flexible, caring, intelligent support is even more important now because life is changing so fast.
AI accelerates everything. And this will continue to impact our lives in unexpected ways. Hence the growing need for dynamic, adaptive, and progressive support.
Our self-development needs are different today than they were a few years ago. That’s why we continue to evolve and update the CGC each year. This year it’s all about deep, rich, timely, personal support.
This uncontrollable rate of change can be exciting, liberating, and creative. It can also cause anxiety, frustration, confusion, and the feeling that reality is growing faster than most people know how to metabolize. AI is only one part of the picture. The big world is full of fast shifts, social divides, emotional overload, ideological rigidity, and lots of people trying to navigate it all alone.
That’s a difficult combination to deal with, even for people who invest heavily in self-improvement. However, it also opens up worlds of new possibilities that we have never had before in our lives.
Above all we need to remain emotionally secure and focused on seizing these opportunities and not feeling like we are drowning in threats.
It is foolish to try to navigate all of this alone. Social media chaos and the decline of AI are making people feel even more confused, divided, and overwhelmed. So having a strong, smart, conscious community in our lives is more important today, not less.
Not just any community. It’s not some random group. It is not some kind of membership where people hide and never show up.
I mean a vibrant, conscious, participatory community where people really connect, get to know each other, support each other, and continue to change together in a grounded, honest, intelligent and harmonious way.
That’s how we bet big on CGC Year 10 – strong, dedicated, caring, supportive of the community.
Honest but gentle. She is strong but compassionate. Courage is yet understanding.
Our Year 10 format includes live calls for support, flow, likeness, relationships, surprises, play, release, and more – all designed to help transition from aspirational vibes to real-life actions and results. I want the club to do a better job of helping members not only test and show, but also land the plane. Make clear decisions. Develop relationships. Let go of what is no longer balanced. They feel like themselves again. Go where life is stuck.
And I want our CGC space to feel warmer and more intimate than ever. So we’re going to include regular hangout calls this year, so members can enjoy more time to connect with me, with Rachelle, and with each other – as friends. Rachelle and I both play a big role in the community because we are dedicated to it.

I am very happy with the way this next year of CGC is starting. It sounds clean, powerful, timely, and human. It’s a really great place inside, but as our members continue to explore, learn, and grow, CGC continues to evolve with it.
