ADHD is a very recent addition. Trainor said she was diagnosed in early 2026 after seeing her children’s symptoms, and that medication and therapy helped enough that it “explains a lot.”

Another thing he’s worked on publicly for years is on his Workin’ On It podcast with his brother Ryan. She says she spent most of her life thinking painful sex was normal until a doctor told her she had vaginismus, a pelvic floor condition that causes the muscles to twitch during penetration. Pelvic floor dysfunction and sciatica are tied to the same area and worsened postpartum.

IBS and recurrent anal fissures she talks about on TikTok and on radio with a similar voice of truth, including sharing remedies like dragon fruit for constipation. Cracks are often caused by hard stools and stiffness, which is associated with her IBS.

The PTSD came from a painful C-section with her first child. He told TODAY that he would wake up at night feeling like he was still on the operating table. The anxiety and panic disorders are back-to-back, including panic attacks on live television and an ER visit that he began talking about in 2021.

She put it all as part of the same ongoing conversation about what postpartum bodies and minds go through, and what no one warned her about going in.
