CANCER
Cancer is always prepared for any natural, physical or emotional disaster. They have a battery operated flashlight and radio, a first aid kit. But in a jam, they can find candles and matches in pitch black because they don’t panic. They keep breathing, trusting their intuition, doing what needs to be done, and connecting with those around them. They break down big problems into smaller tasks and delegate them. They know how to ask for help, even if it is sometimes to distract someone from their problems. They have a sixth sense for the emotions of others, but don’t make the mistake of trying to control them. Cooling is enough. Showing calmness on their own is enough. They face the reality of the situation, not whatever expectations the things around them have failed to fulfill. They know how to cope, but don’t give up. Adjust without stopping.
AQUARIUS
Aquarius has a self-sacrificing, somewhat martyr-like attitude during difficult times in his life. They continue to work tirelessly, as if all problems will be solved tomorrow, even when in reality they may not live to see the fruits of their labor because Aquarius is relentless. You can trust that they will never succumb to pessimism or give in to mediocrity. They will pursue what is right and true and best in the world, no matter how much effort is required. They never avoid a fight or a project, because they trust in their ability to prioritize the right things in life. They never struggle with the illusion of high costs or worry about what could have been. They focus on what they are trying to achieve and never doubt whether what they set their mind to is possible.
TAURUS
Taurus creates a storm because hardship is the other side of the coin that creates a sacred dichotomy with luxury. Those who are born with a silver spoon in their mouth will never appreciate what they have in the way that one desires and later achieves. The Taurus has seen better days and worse, and it takes both into consideration whenever it hits the road. Thunderstorms can ruin picnic plans, forcing everyone to stay inside, but instead of focusing only on what’s lost, Taurus appreciates the comfort of shelter at those times too. By staying inside, crawling under a cozy blanket, and watching and listening to the free program thunder and lightning and clouds and rain give us. Taurus knows that we should enjoy what we have when we have it, even if it doesn’t completely fit our plans.
VIRGO
Virgo is an unusual bird when it comes to storms. In their turmoil they can hide behind a simple image of strength, but when the suffering they share with a loved one or their partner, they take on the responsibility of supporting the emotions of another that they find it very difficult to accept in their hearts. Virgos are like sunken sailors, they are sad but they depend on all the other sailors to never leave their post. They can hold conflicting emotions and ideas, let hope and despair wash over them in waves, not knowing if the ship has anything to hold or if a glimmer of shore will appear on the horizon. They take the challenge one minute, one second at a time, give it their all before they know the outcome, not afraid to get to that place, whatever it may be.
