Megan Fox had three breast implants and one nose job, and refused a face lift, buccal fat removal, and BBL. What she really wanted from her latest surgery were 1990s “stripper titties”.
On Calling Her Dad with Alex Cooper, Megan Fox Fox went through the entire list herself, procedure by procedure, and said she was doing it to take the shame out of the conversation.

She got the 32Ds after asking for a bigger one, and says they don’t look that big on her petite frame. He changed the front set because they were starting to show, as he leaned too far to hide them.

The three enlargements include her early 20s, the years after breastfeeding her three sons (when she says her breasts basically disappeared), and some recent reconstructions. Her only nose job came when she was 23, and she thinks people think she’s had a few because her heavy nose job makes her nose look smaller, “just like noses, like Voldemort.”

You said so much again. No face lift, no thread, no removal of buccal fat, no liposuction, no BBL, mainly because you lean naturally and nothing can be removed.

The surgery really scares him. His body doesn’t react well to general anesthesia, so he treats the whole process like a big deal and looks for omens like owls, crows, and dead bugs before going under. “I feel like there is this discrimination, and I won’t be successful,” she said. “I hope it frees some people.”
